Return and Exchange Policy

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:

a. Product has quality issues

If the device is not working properly, has abnormal functions, or is damaged during transportation, please submit a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.


b. The received product does not match the order

This includes incorrect model, color, or missing accessories. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.


c. Unused products in brand new condition (not due to quality issues)

If you need to return a product for personal reasons, the product must be unused, undamaged, stain-free, and with complete packaging and accessories.

You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please note: For returns due to personal reasons, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Situations where returns and exchanges are not accepted

Returns and exchanges are not supported in the following situations:

  • The product has been clearly used, worn, or has man-made damage;
  • Missing accessories, incomplete packaging, or the product cannot be resold;
  • The application period exceeds the time limit specified in this policy;
  • Damage caused by improper use (such as overloading, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or failure to operate according to instructions);
  • Clearance, special offer, or products explicitly marked as "non-returnable" on the product page (if any).



Return and Exchange Process

a. Submitting an application

Please submit your return or exchange request through our customer service channels and provide the following information:

  • Order number;
  • Explanation of the reason for return or exchange;
  • Photos or videos of the product (if there is damage or functional abnormality).

We will respond to your application within 1-2 business days.


b. Review and confirmation

After the review is approved, we will provide you with the return address, return instructions, or exchange arrangement guidelines.


c. Returning the product

Please pack the product properly to avoid further damage during transportation.

If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, we will bear the corresponding round-trip shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the relevant shipping costs.


d. Refund or exchange processing

We will complete the refund or exchange arrangement within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Replacement items will be reshipped as soon as possible, and refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Bank or payment institution processing time: Approximately 5–10 business days (subject to actual processing time)

In special circumstances, such as when further product testing is required, the refund time may be slightly extended. We will proactively communicate with you.



Damaged or Missing Items

If you discover any of the following issues upon receipt of your order, please submit feedback within 48 hours so that we can prioritize your request:

  • Obvious damage to the outer packaging;
  • Missing items;
  • Items damaged during transportation;
  • Functional defects or inability to use the product normally.

Please provide clear photos or videos to help us verify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.



Exchanges

Exchanges are generally limited to the same product and model.

If you need to exchange for a different color or version, please inquire about stock availability in advance.

For exchanges due to personal preference, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If there is a price difference for the exchanged item, we will collect or refund the difference accordingly.



Important Notes

Returning items without submitting a return/exchange request in advance may result in the order being unidentifiable, thus delaying or preventing processing.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, no one being available to receive the package, or multiple failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
