All items are shipped via safe, reliable, and trackable logistics methods to ensure your package arrives safely.



Shipping Methods

Free Standard Shipping

All orders enjoy free standard shipping, with no additional shipping costs.

Standard shipping is expected to arrive within 7–14 business days (depending on the delivery address).


After order confirmation, we will process and ship your order within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number, allowing you to track the delivery progress at any time.


Expedited Shipping

If you wish to receive your order faster, you can choose expedited shipping.

Expedited shipping requires confirmation with our customer service team after placing your order. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time and additional cost information based on your delivery address.

After you confirm and complete the payment of the difference, we will prioritize shipping your order.



Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In case of inventory adjustments or if further verification of order information is required, we will contact you immediately.



Delivery Area

We support delivery services to multiple countries and regions. The system will automatically determine if delivery is possible based on the shipping address you provide.

Remote areas may require longer shipping times, and expedited shipping may not be available in some areas.



Logistics Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send you carrier information, tracking number, and tracking link via email.

You can check the package status at any time, including shipment, in transit, sorting, and estimated delivery time.

If the logistics information has not been updated for a long time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.



Address Information and Delivery Requirements

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order, including recipient name, contact number, detailed address, and postal code.

We will assist in resolving delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information, but this may require additional time.

Some areas may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the carrier's requirements. Shipping Issues and Damage Handling


We place great importance on packaging safety, but unforeseen circumstances may still occur during transportation.

If your package has any of the following issues, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours, and we will handle it for you as soon as possible:

  • Obvious damage to the outer packaging;
  • Missing or incorrect items;
  • Items damaged during transit.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging and the items so that we can quickly verify and resolve the issue.



Undeliverable and Returned Packages

If your package cannot be successfully delivered and is returned due to the following reasons, we will contact you to confirm the subsequent handling method (reshipment or refund):

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address;
  • Unable to contact the recipient;
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.

If reshipment is required due to reasons not attributable to Edpza, you may be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.
