Warranty Policy
We want every interaction with our products to be worry-free. Whether it’s your morning cup of coffee or your daily cooking routine in the kitchen, should you encounter any issues while using your device, we are here to provide prompt support.
Warranty Period
We offer a limited warranty on all products purchased through Edpza.com for a period of one (1) year, effective from the date your order is delivered.
During this period, should a malfunction occur due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will provide free repair or replacement services (at Edpza’s sole discretion).
How to Request Warranty Service
If you experience an issue with your product, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Service Team and provide your Order Number (proof of purchase) along with a description of the issue.
b. Remote Troubleshooting: Our technical support team will work with you to perform a simple diagnostic check. We recommend having the device close at hand when you contact us to facilitate a quick and efficient troubleshooting process.
c. Return or Replacement Processing: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will either:
- Provide detailed instructions for returning the device for repair;
- Depending on the circumstances, arrange for a replacement device.
Please make every effort to retain the original packaging. Edpza cannot be held liable for any damage incurred during transit if the product is shipped using non-original packaging.
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, service is provided for the following situations:
- Malfunctions resulting from inherent product quality defects
- Necessary labor costs for repairs
- Replacement of eligible parts
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
To ensure fairness and transparency, the following situations are considered normal wear and tear and are not included in the warranty service:
a. Normal Wear-and-Tear Parts
- Coffee machine gaskets and filters
- Coffee grinder burrs/discs
- Plastic components
b. Issues Related to Routine Maintenance
Including, but not limited to:
- Inadequate cleaning
- Failure to perform regular descaling (especially for coffee machines/electric kettles)
- Damage caused by the use of improper descaling agents
c. Malfunctions Caused by Water Quality Issues
- Limescale buildup and excessively hard water are common issues for coffee equipment; please ensure you use a suitable water source.
d. Improper Use or User-Induced Damage
Including:
- Accidental misuse, dropping, or liquid ingress
- Improper installation or operation
- Damage caused by abnormal voltage or external environmental factors
e. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
- Use of non-original parts/accessories
- Unauthorized disassembly or modification of the device
f. Commercial Use
- Products sold on this website are intended for household use only; use in a commercial environment is not covered by the warranty.
g. Other Circumstances
- Tampered with or missing product serial numbers
- Acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, lightning strikes, etc.)
- Damage incurred during transit due to improper packaging
All warranty services exclude shipping costs (unless otherwise specifically stated).
Special Notes
Warranty service is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
If, upon inspection, the device is determined to be in proper working order (i.e., no quality defects), you may be required to cover the round-trip shipping costs.
If a device replacement is required, the original device must be returned to us before the new unit can be shipped out.
In certain instances, we may provide you with a replacement product directly rather than performing a repair.
